This post via David Williams at Cary Real Estate Really made me think this morning.

Why are agents doing so much work?

While I understand his point of keeping up a good rapport with both clients and agents (which you will still need to do), working with a Real Estate Virtual Assistant makes this such a simple process.  In essence, we do all the work and you pick up the phone and call.

One thing Balancing Act does for its clients is to create Seller Reports.  We keep you, the Seller’s Agent, updated on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis of what has taken place, and what has been done to market the listing.

The Seller Report is branded with your picture and logo, and can be given to or emailed to your client to keep them updated as well.  It is also sent to all of the major websites that you would want to market to such as: Oodle, Google, Yahoo, Vast, Zillow, HotPads, DotHomes, CyberHomes, FrontDoor, BackPage, and any other sites that you hold a memebership to.

So the next time someone needs updating, just grab your Seller’s Report provided to you by your VA!
